The Engaging Leaders workshop explores how leaders can support employees in managing mental health in the workplace. We know that MHFA is an effective tool helping to create mentally healthy workplaces.

As with all Mental Health First Aid Australia courses, information incorporated into the workshop is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals in workplace wellbeing.
