Our Blended Online Mental Health First Aid Course combines eLearning which is a pre-requisite (5-7 hours) and two interactive Zoom sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours. Participants complete engaging online modules at their own pace, then join live Zoom sessions for hands-on learning and discussions led by experienced instructors. Gain essential skills, earn certification, and make a difference in mental health support.
